So, what do we have in store for July?!
This weekend we are heading to our friends house to celebrate the Fourth! Excepting the past two years, the two years before that we spent the Fourth of July weekend with our friends the Lavellas. We hope to make this an annual tradition as we live somewhat far apart and would like to be able to get our families together at least once a year. I am very excited for this weekend with our friends! We will be introducing our daughters for the first time - so many emotions surrounding this! We hope they will be the best of friends as we have all been.
But, I digress, let's talk monthly goals:
1. Drop 5 more pounds! Ideally, I'd like to drop another 10, but I'm trying to be realistic here. Which ties into:
2. Work out five days a week - with the Walk/Jog program and Jillian Michaels DVD. I'm really enjoying both of these and seeing the progress in my fitness level and the scale so I'm going to keep it going!
3. I'd like to get to another baseball game as I know how much my hubby enjoys them. So I'm putting another Red Sox game on the To-Do list for July.
4. Have some friends over (other than my parents) for dinner/grilling one night.
5. CRAFT! - I've got a few crafting projects on the books for upcoming events so I want to get started on those!
I'm not including a breastfeeding or reading goal as I have given myself permission to let those things drop off my priorities this month. I will keep trying for both but I do not have high expectations and will not be disappointed if they are not accomplished. So I guess they're half goals?
